Protect Your Smile While You Sleep

Do you wake up with a sore jaw or headaches? You might be grinding your teeth. Our custom-fitted night guards provide a cushioned barrier that protects your enamel and relaxes your jaw muscles.

Signs of Bruxism (Teeth Grinding)

Many patients grind their teeth unconsciously during deep sleep. Watch for these common warning signs:

Morning Headaches

Dull, constant headaches that start in the temples right when you wake up.

Sore Jaw / TMJ

Tightness or pain in the jaw muscles, or clicking/popping sounds when opening your mouth.

Flattened Teeth

Teeth that look worn down, flat, or chipped at the edges (often noticed by your dentist).

Sensitivity

Increased sensitivity to hot or cold because the protective enamel has been ground away.

Why Choose Custom?

While drugstore guards ("boil-and-bite") are cheaper upfront, they often cause more problems than they solve.

Custom Dental Guard

  • Perfect Fit: Made from a precise mold of your teeth, so it stays in place without bulk.
  • Comfort: Significantly smaller and more comfortable, making it easier to breathe and sleep.
  • Durability: Crafted from high-quality, medical-grade materials that last for years.

Store-Bought Guard

  • Poor Fit: "One size fits all" is rarely true. Loose guards can fall out during sleep.
  • Bulky: The excess material can trigger your gag reflex or make it hard to breathe.
  • Worsens Grinding: A soft, chewy rubber guard can sometimes encourage you to chew on it more.

Two Easy Steps

Getting a custom guard is simple and painless.

1
Impression (15 Mins)

You come in for a quick visit. We take a digital scan or mold of your teeth to ensure exact accuracy. We send this to our local lab.

2
Fitting (15 Mins)

About a week later, you return to pick it up. We check the fit to make sure it's snug but comfortable, and you take it home!

Frequently Asked Questions

Usually, we make the night guard for the upper teeth, as it stays in place better against gravity and is more comfortable. However, depending on your specific bite, we can make one for the lower teeth if preferred.

Rinse it with cool water every morning. You can brush it gently with your toothbrush (without toothpaste, as it can be abrasive) or use a specialized denture/retainer cleaner tablet once a week to keep it fresh.

Many dental insurance plans cover 50% to 80% of the cost of a night guard because it is considered "Preventative." We can check your specific coverage for you before we begin.
