Early Detection Saves Lives

Oral cancer can affect anyone, not just smokers. We use advanced fluorescence technology (VELscope®) to detect tissue abnormalities invisible to the naked eye—giving you peace of mind in just minutes.

100% Non-Invasive

It Takes Only 2 Minutes

Oral cancer can affect anyone, regardless of age or lifestyle. The good news is that when detected early, the survival rate is significantly higher. That is why we include a comprehensive screening as part of your regular dental exam.

1. Visual Examination

We visually inspect your lips, tongue, cheeks, and the roof of your mouth for any red or white patches, sores, or changes in texture.

2. Physical Check

Dr. Radomsky will gently palpate (feel) your jaw and neck area to check for any unusual lumps or thickening of the tissue.

3. VELscope® Technology

We use a special blue-spectrum light that makes healthy tissue fluoresce green, while abnormal tissue appears dark. This helps us see things invisible to the naked eye.

4. Immediate Results

The screening gives instant results. If we see anything concerning, we discuss it immediately and can refer you to a specialist if needed.
